Industry News
Bringing together artists, innovators and cultural leaders, the discussion explored how emerging technologies are reshaping the performing arts, opening new possibilities for artistic creation, audience engagement and immersive storytelling.
As part of FEDORA’s commitment to fostering innovation across opera and ballet, Diandra represented the FEDORA Platform and shared insights into the organisation’s ongoing work to support the sector’s digital transformation. The session highlighted initiatives such as the Next Stage Initiative, which helps cultural organisations explore and adopt new technologies, and the FEDORA – Kearney Digital Prize, which supports groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of digital innovation in the performing arts.
At a time when artificial intelligence, immersive technologies and new forms of digital interaction are rapidly transforming the cultural landscape, the conversation examined both the opportunities and challenges these developments present for artists, institutions and audiences alike.
